This Cookie Policy describes how KitchenSync uses cookies and similar technologies on kitchensync.us. It is a companion to our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

Analytics and marketing cookies stay off, even if you click Accept all. We do this because California, Colorado, and Connecticut law require it, and because it's the right default behavior.

What We Do Not Do
- We do not use third-party advertising cookies for retargeting unless you opt in to marketing.
- We do not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
- We do not pre-check the marketing category. Marketing is opt-in only.
- We do not weight the Reject button as a less-prominent text link. Accept all and Reject all are equal weight.
- We do not load tracking scripts before consent. Consent Mode v2 defaults are set to denied for ads and analytics until you make a choice.
